Marinated Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts

1 Tbs olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp pepper
Directions

Halve or quarter sprouts.

Mix all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag. Refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 400°. Place sprouts on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.
