Marinated Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Halve or quarter sprouts.
  2. Mix all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Heat oven to 400°. Place sprouts on baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes.
