Creamed Corn, Slow Cooker

Ingredients

  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 Tbs butter, cut into cubes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1⁄4 tsp pepper
  • 4 scallions, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Add corn, sugar and salt to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  2. Add milk, stir. Top with cubes of butter and cream cheese.
  3. Cover and cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-5 hours.
  4. Uncover and stir until creamy. Add pepper and scallion whites, stir to incorporate.
  5. Top with scallion greens and serve.
