Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients

2 8-oz pkgs cranberries

1 orange
-
⅛ cup sugar

1 cinnamon stick
Directions

Place cranberries in pot on stove, turn heat to medium low.

Peel off 4 large slices of orange zest and add to pot.

Juice the orange and add to pot.

Add sugar and cinnamon stick. Mix well.

Turn up heat until begins to boil.

Turn down heat and simmer until cranberries burst

Let it cool, then refrigerate. When serving, let sit at room temperature for about a half an hour.
