Herbes de Provence

Ingredients (~1 cup)

  • 1 Tbs fennel seeds
  • 2 Tbs dried rosemary
  • 1⁄4 cup dried thyme
  • 3 Tbs dried marjoram
  • 3 Tbs dried summer savory, optional
  • 1 Tbs dried tarragon
  • 1 Tbs dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried chervil, optional
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 1 tsp dried lavender, optional

Directions

  1. Combine all spices and mix well. Store in a sealed, airtight spice jar.
