Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients (~1 cup)

1⁄2 C olive oil

1⁄3 C soy sauce

1⁄4 C balsamic vinegar

2 Tbs lemon juice

2 Tbs brown sugar

11⁄2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbs Dijon mustard

1 Tbs onion powder
-
1 Tbs garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp ground black pepper
-
1 tsp red pepper flakes
-
1 tsp dried dill
-
1⁄2 tsp dried oregano
-
1⁄2 tsp dried rosemary
-
1⁄2 tsp ground coriander
-
11⁄2 – 2 lb flank steak
Directions

Whisk marinade ingredients together in a freezer size ziploc bag. Reserve 2 tablespoons to use later.

Place steak between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat hammer to thin out and tenderize.

Add steak, press out excess air and seal. Massage marinade into the steak with your hands through the outside of the bag.

Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours.
