Crockpot Pepper Steak
Ingredients

2 lbs Beef sirloin, sliced

3 Garlic cloves, whole (or more)

1 tsp ground ginger

1 lg onion, chopped

1 cup beef broth (strong)

2 Tbs honey

1⁄4 cup soy sauce

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1⁄2 tsp black pepper

1⁄2 tsp salt

2 Tbs cornstarch

3 colorful bell peppers, sliced thick (you can double this amount!)
Directions

Add everything except the peppers to the crockpot. Mix well.

Cook on Low for three hours. Add the peppers, stir to combine.

Cook for another three hours (that is, six hours total).

Serve over rice or noodles or pasta.
