Banana Oatmeal “Cookies”
Ingredients
- 2 large overripe bananas
- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¾ tsp sugar
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ tsp butter
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- ¼ cup raisins
- Butter or oil to grease cookie sheet(s).
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°. Grease a cookie sheet (or two).
- Mash bananas with oats, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and butter.
- Mix in walnuts and raisins.
- Drop a tablespoon of banana-oatmeal mixture on a greased cookie sheet and then flatten with the back of a spoon.
- Bake 35 minutes. Flip cookies. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes depending on preference.
- Cool cookies and enjoy. Cookies will harden more as they cool.
