Sesame Hamburger Rolls
Ingredients

463 g flour

14 g yeast

31 g sugar

9 g salt

41 g melted butter

220 g lukewarm water

1 egg
Directions

Heat oven to 450°F

Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.

Add the butter, water and egg.

Mix until it is very smooth (will be sticky!).

Form into a ball, place into an oiled bowl. Cover and allow to double.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces, form each into a ball.

Cover for 1 hour.

Mix the egg white with a little water and wash the top of the buns.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake for 20 minutes.
