Sesame Hamburger Rolls

Ingredients

  • 463 g flour
  • 14 g yeast
  • 31 g sugar
  • 9 g salt
  • 41 g melted butter
  • 220 g lukewarm water
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450°F
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt in large bowl.
  3. Add the butter, water and egg.
  4. Mix until it is very smooth (will be sticky!).
  5. Form into a ball, place into an oiled bowl. Cover and allow to double.
  6. Divide the dough into 6 pieces, form each into a ball.
  7. Cover for 1 hour.
  8. Mix the egg white with a little water and wash the top of the buns.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
  10. Bake for 20 minutes.
