Cauliflower
This is one of our favorite veggies as it works well raw with dips, roasted or pan fried as a side dish, or used as a base for soups. Just to have it on hand in winter, we simply freeze it.

Wash and trim the cauliflower heads. Break off the individual florets

Get a large pot of water to a full boil

Blanch the florets in boiling water for ~3 minutes then place in ice water for the same length of time

Dry the florets

Fill freezer bags with the cauliflower and vacuum seal

Label and store
