Seriously - Stuffed Peppers turned into soup. Wonderful!Ingredients (14 qts)
- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 12 onions, chopped
- 20 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 16 lbs tomatoes, peeled and cut
- 4 lbs ground meat, cooked and drained
- 1 head garlic peeled and chopped
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Brown meat, drain.
- Add everything to a pot, bring to boil
- Add spices.
- Fill jars 1" headspace.
- Pressure can at 10lbs for 90 minutes.
