Rhubarb Chutney

This is a new recipe. We haven't made it yet, we'll let you know how it turns out.

Ingredients (6 half-pints) Instructions
  1. Cobmine all ingredients in aa heavy bottomed pot.
  2. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer gently until thickened, ~45 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Ladle hot chutney into hot jars leaving ½" headspace.
  4. Water bath for 10 minutes
