Canning Green Beans! What will we think of next?

Ingredients (7 quarts)
  • 14 pounds Green Beans
Instructions:
  1. Wash in cold water.
  2. Snap off ends and cut into 2" lengths.
  3. Fill your jars with beans
  4. Cover with clean boiling water, leaving 1" headspace.
  5. Wipe. lid and ring.
  6. Pressure can at 11 lbs for 25 minutes.
