Synopsis: A London woman's love life and career both hinge, unknown to her, on whether or not she catches a train. We see it both ways, in parallel.

This is a very enjoyable movie. There is nothing heavy or deep about it, but it is more than just fluff.

Helen Quilley (Gwyneth Paltrow) gets fired from her public relations job. As she heads home she gets to the train just as door is closing and misses her train. Or does she? The film runs in reverse and we see her running to catch the train, and this time she makes it.

The rest of the movie is watching Helen's life unfold following the two different paths, the woman who missed the train, and the woman who didn't. The twists and turns are unexpected which makes the story very enjoyable.

Gwyneth Paltrow does an excellent job playing the two Helen's and John Hannah's James is a delight to watch. This movie is not long, not too deep, not too heavy, not too stupid and is just an enjoyable story.
